"The Summer Garden"

Elena will have a vacation at her grandmother's house in the village this summer vacation. The village is named Woodstock. The village is so far from the city, and a beautiful view unfolds on either side of the road during the trip. Rice fields, mountains, and rivers follow Elena's journey.

"Aaah Dad, why are we on vacation at grandma's house? It must be boring there,” Elena said to her father.

"We seldom go on summer vacations to grandma's house, because we usually go on in winter," said Dad.

"You will not be bored, you will find a new experience there," said Mother.

Soon after that, Elena and her family arrived at grandma's house. The house looks very old, and the shapes of the bricks are visual on the walls of the house. Leaves spread up the walls of the house. Not that it looks scary, but it looks like a very beautiful and fresh house when you look at it. The large yard is green with various types of plants and beautiful flowers blooming to decorate the view of Grandma's house. The side garden is the most beautiful, which looks like a garden house.

It's not that Elena doesn't like grandma's house, she doesn't like it because the network signal there’s so difficult. She can't play social media or just give chat with his friends. 

The sound of a car roaring into Grandma's yard, made Grandma's ears divert to the source of the sound.

"Hello Mom, we're coming..." Dad said excitedly to Grandma.

"Oh my god! you guys came without giving any word first," said Grandma as she came to us.

"We want to surprise you, ma'am. Elena, come here, say hello to Nanny," said Mother to Elena.

"Hello Nanny, how are you?" Elena said while hugging her grandmother.

"Of course, Nanny is good." hug Elena.

"You rest first, your journey must be very tiring," said Grandma

"Honey, come here and help me carry these things." father called mother while opening the trunk of the car. "I'm coming." mother came to father.

"Nany, what are you doing there." show to the garden house there.

"You want to know? Come on, follow me."

The door to the garden house is open, inside there's a chair with a table, provided for drinking tea and cakes while enjoying the day. Hanging plant whose leaves and flowers hang down, colorful flowers blooming, and the fresh and fragrant aroma wafting from within. There’s a large window that we can see Grandma's large garden.

"Nanny was taking care of the garden, the flowers must be cared for properly." While taking Elena around.

"You want to hear a story?"

"What's that?"

“Those beautiful flowers grow, not only Nanny takes care of them. Nanny only took care of him to grow well. However, there’s another being that makes the flowers bloom beautifully.”

"What creature is that nanny?" Elena said confused

"Fairy. It was the fairies who made the nanny flowers and plants grow beautifully. The fairies work hand in hand to make all the plants in the world grow well. Some are in charge of coloring flowers, and others are in charge of providing light and helping pollinate so that flowers and plants will continue to grow more. It was done with their magic hands.” Said Nanny looking happy when telling it.

"They live deep in the forest and out of reach of humans."

"Haaah...Nanny you believe in that creature. It's just a child's fairy tale…,” said Elena, unable to believe her grandmother's story.

“Hahaha, you're right it's just a child's fairy tale. But there are many secrets of the world that we don't know, right? But nanny believes that fairies exist.”

"Then has nanny ever seen them?" asked Elena

"Hahaha .." nanny just replied with a laugh as she walked back towards the house and left Elena confused.

"Nanny has to come back, nanny will cook your favorite dinner"

Elena stood still, still unable to believe what her grandmother had told her. "Hahh, nanny still believes in that little kid's fairy tale, where is there a fairy creature nowadays".

Elena was still wandering around looking at her grandmother's vast garden.

“BUGGH!”

While watching Elena accidentally bumped into a flower pot, the pot shattered and the flower inside was damaged as well. However, Elena instead fixed the flower. She goes left what She was doing.

"If there’s a fairy. They should be able to fix this flower.”

From a distance, the fairies Tansy, Fern, and Briar, watched what Elena had done. Tansy is a brave fairy among them, she is furious with what Elena did.

"Hah! The child is not responsible for what She did and just left," said Tansy angrily, wanting to approach Elena.

However, his friends hold Tansy from flying and approached Elena.

“Hold On! Tansy…” said, Fern and Briar

"We can't close the humans," Briar said

"That's right," Briar said. "Elena doesn't believe in our existence. How we give him our magic, we make him believe in us and can respect other creatures,” said Fern to her friends.

"You're right. Let's amaze him with our magic." Tansy excitedly stretched out her hand which gave off a shining light.

     At night, Elena and the family have dinner together and have a warm talk enjoying their time together.

After that Elena back to the room to rest to unwind from her activities today. Elena fell asleep easily as she lay on the bed.

Outside the window the fairies were watching Elena sleeping, they were ready to give a miracle for Elena.

In her sleep Elena was dreaming, she was in her grandmother's garden. However, the plant was very big. It turned out that Elena had turned so small that the objects around her looked like giants.

Then, Tansy, Fern, and Briar came to Elena.

"Elena! You dropped the flowers in the garden but you are not responsible for that.” Said Tansy in an angry tone to Elena.

Elena looked confused by the situation.

"Who are you?"

“We are fairies who help plants grow.” Fern explained to Elena.

“You made the flowers we took care of. Being dead, Elena.” Briar said

"We are sad about what you have done," said Briar

“I'm sorry” Elena felt guilty

"Never mind what happened, let it pass. I will take you on a tour of the fairy world, how the life of the fairies and our activities there." Tansy took Elena flying with her to where the fairies lived.

    Elena was surprised by the place where the fairies lived. As they walked around, Elena had many miracles there. He saw how the fairies worked together to make the plants and flowers grow well. Some are in charge of giving colors to flowers, giving them sunlight, and others. Just like his grandmother told him.

Elena is very happy with her adventure. The fairies talked a lot and told Elena about the lives of the fairies.

“So Elena, you may not believe in our existence. But you have to respect other living things. For what you have done you must be held accountable." Tansy seriously.

"I'm sorry fairies. I will take responsibility for what I have done and respect other sentient beings more. Thank you for giving me such a fun adventure and for teaching me a valuable lesson.”

    The fairies just smiled at what Elena said. Tansy casts her magic toward Elena. The shining light came to Elena's face. Soon Elena woke up from her sleep and it was morning. Elena woke up from her sleep and rushed to her grandmother's garden, seeing a flower that had fallen because of her.

Elena fixed the flower and replanted it. Even though the flower looked wilted, Elena believed the fairies would make the flower grow again.

“Elena…, what are you doing there,” Nanny calls Elena from a distance.

“Nanny…, teach me to plant and care for flowers.” Elena seemed excited to talk to her grandmother.

"Hahaha fine, but let's have breakfast together first."

    Just as Elena was about to approach her grandmother, a sparkling light flew in front of her. Elena looked back and was surprised at what she saw. The flower he planted earlier had grown and bloomed beautifully.

Elena smiled at that, she believed in fairies. He will respect other creatures and take responsibility for what he does.

From a distance, the fairies were smiling happily and high-fiving each other to bring Elena to her senses.
